As Regional Director, Clinical Operations, you'll be responsible for the operational performance, patient experience, people leadership, quality, and strategic growth of our clinics. You'll work alongside physicians, laboratory leaders, and executive leadership to build an organization that delivers exceptional patient care while continually improving how healthcare is delivered.

What You'll Lead

As Regional Director, Clinical Operations, you'll oversee all operational aspects of our Toronto and Ottawa clinics while partnering closely with physicians, nursing leadership, embryology, finance, and executive leadership.

You'll lead through experienced managers and clinical leaders—not by solving every problem yourself, but by building high-performing teams that consistently deliver outstanding patient care.

Your areas of responsibility will include:

Multi-Site Operations

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple clinic locations.
• Ensure consistent standards for quality, patient experience, staffing, and operational excellence.
• Support future clinic expansion, new service lines, and organizational growth.
• Develop systems and communication processes that keep teams aligned across locations.

Clinical Operations

Partner with physicians, nursing leaders, and laboratory teams to ensure efficient delivery of:

• IVF
• IUI
• Egg Freezing
• Cycle Monitoring
• Third-Party Reproduction
• Emerging fertility programs

You'll continuously evaluate operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure every program is appropriately staffed and resourced.

Leadership & Culture

Recruit, coach, and develop clinic leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, compassion, and continuous improvement.

You'll oversee:

• Leadership development
• Performance management
• Succession planning
• Employee engagement
• Organizational culture

Quality, Compliance & Patient Safety

Lead quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with:

• Accreditation requirements
• Infection Prevention & Control standards
• Privacy legislation
• Regulatory requirements
• Clinical documentation standards
• Audit readiness

Financial & Operational Performance

Partner with executive leadership and Finance to:

• Develop and manage operational budgets
• Optimize staffing and resource allocation
• Monitor key operational metrics
• Improve efficiency while maintaining exceptional patient care
• Support long-term organizational growth

Strategic Leadership

Help shape Pollin's future by leading:

• Operational improvement initiatives
• Technology implementation
• Workflow redesign
• Capacity planning
• New clinic launches
• Cross-functional projects

What Makes You Successful

We're looking for a healthcare leader who combines operational excellence with emotional intelligence.

You likely bring:

• 8+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading managers or senior clinical leaders.
• Experience overseeing multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Strong operational, financial, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience managing quality improvement, accreditation, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• A collaborative leadership style that develops people and empowers teams.

Required

• Registered Nurse (RN) or another regulated healthcare professional in good standing with the applicable Ontario regulatory college.

Strongly Preferred

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Fertility or Reproductive Medicine
• Women's Health
• Ambulatory Care
• Surgical Centres
• Specialty Clinics
• Hospital Operations
• Multi-site Healthcare Leadership
• Experience leading organizational growth, expansion projects, or multiple clinic locations is highly desirable.
