Position Summary

Hennick Humber Hospital, a leading academic community hospital, is seeking highly motivated and skilled General Internists to join our dynamic Internal Medicine Division, for assistance in covering a parental leave. The leave would be between November 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027.

As part of the General Internal Medicine group at HHH, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients in the outpatient and inpatient settings, managing a wide range of adult medical conditions, and contributing to the academic and educational mission of the institution. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, make diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based medicine into daily practice.
  • Manage patients with complex multi-system conditions, coordinating care with other specialties as needed.
  • Participate in on‑call rotations for inpatient care and ED admissions to GIM, providing weekend and after‑hours coverage as needed.
  • Participate in ambulatory clinics at HRH including Urgent Medical Care Clinic, Surgical Pre‑Screening Clinic and OB Medicine Clinic.
  • Offer patient education, counseling, and support to improve health outcomes and promote wellness.
