Amazons Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is looking for a full-stack Art Director to create one-of-a-kind campaigns for a wide range of leading global brands across every advertising vertical. Youll partner with other multi-disciplinary creatives solutions managers producers and software developers to create first-class full-funnel customer experiences across the Amazon Canvas (Prime Video Alexa Twitch Live Sports Amazon Music). Youll lead projects and own client relationships focusing on creating work that benefits the end customer while expanding whats creatively possiblefrom brief to execution.
This role will use data insights and creativity to create campaign strategy and concepts develop designs and the look and feel for experiences as well as templates for never-before-done brand experiences that will solve customer problems on and off Amazon platforms. You have strong conceptual presentation storytelling and project management skills as well as digital media expertise and of course a keen attention to detail.

Your portfolio should feature interesting innovative insight-driven campaigns and ideas that solve an advertiser problem through a variety of different media channels including but not limited to video social digital (website design) activations and outdoor.



Key job responsibilities
- Concept design and execute innovative ads campaigns and experiences for global brands
- Partner with other creatives solutions managers developers strategists and producers to create customer-focused solutions that deliver on advertiser objectives
- Lead campaigns and collaborate with internal teams clients and external agency partners
- Deliver high-quality designs and exceptional art direction for campaigns across different Amazon touch points
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Photoshop Suite Figma and AI tools
- Bring a deep passion for understanding customers and making work that delivers results
- Present ideas and concepts to clients agencies and internal stakeholders
- Ideate across both traditional and non-traditional formats with a proven ability to create new mediums for advertising
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Mentor and inspire junior designers and creatives

- Invent a product that helps revolutionize cooking with a CPG brand
- Present a campaign to brand clients and their partner media agency
- Design a trivia experience for a FinServ brand using Prime Video titles
- Review video edits for influencer product launch campaign
- Innovate whats next on Amazon for our fashion advertisers

- Experience with Figma and the Adobe CS suite: XD Photoshop Illustrator. InDesign Dreamweaver Premiere and After Effects

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company Amazons package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
