Job description
Digital Marketing Specialist Paid Media & Social Campaigns

Make an impact through innovative digital marketing initiatives in the insurance sector. Contribute to high-visibility campaigns across leading digital platforms collaborate with cross-functional teams and help deliver engaging customer experiences in a dynamic hybrid work environment.

What is in it for you:

Salaried: $37-42 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $40-50 per hour.
6-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Hybrid work with 2 days per week on-site.

Responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives across digital display paid search paid social online affiliate external partnerships and email channels.
Support paid media and digital marketing initiatives across platforms including LinkedIn Meta Amazon and Netflix.
Assist with campaign development media brief creation agency coordination creative asset quality assurance pixel placement performance tracking campaign setup optimization and reporting.
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Creative Services Legal Compliance and agencies to successfully launch marketing initiatives.
Manage the end-to-end content review and translation processes including branding legal and compliance approvals.
Proofread copy and images and coordinate final approvals for marketing initiatives.
Manage marketing budgets and forecasts to support business growth objectives.
Track report and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives to support campaign strategies.
Build and execute A/B testing strategies using Adobe Target.
Partner with the team to test new channels and technologies that support innovation and client acquisition.
Document and maintain current processes and internal best practices.
Work closely with agencies and internal teams to optimize marketing initiatives that enhance customer experience and acquisition.
Collaborate with growth marketing and sales leadership to deliver marketing and communication initiatives that support business objectives.
Support marketing operations and identify process efficiencies to improve speed to market.

What you will need to succeed:

Degree or certificate in Marketing or Communications.
13 years of digital marketing experience.
Experience managing marketing campaigns or projects.
Experience with paid search and paid social media campaigns.
Demonstrated experience delivering direct-to-consumer digital marketing programs.
Demonstrated experience managing performance-based digital marketing campaigns.
Sound understanding of direct response marketing and conversion rate optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives deadlines and budgets in a high-volume environment.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
Creative thinking skills and a proactive curious approach to problem-solving.
Experience with copywriting for paid search and social media advertising is considered an asset.
Experience with Agile marketing or development is considered an asset.
Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics is considered an asset.
Experience with CRM tools and marketing technologies is considered an asset.
