Job description
Step into a transformative leadership role as WSP's Digital Asset Management Lead. This position is essential for enhancing data strategies and digital twin integrations for building assets. In this pivotal role, you will shape data-driven solutions that deliver long-term operational benefits for clients. Your leadership will bridge design excellence with performance metrics, paving the way for safer and smarter building management solutions in line with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: • Define and advance digital twin integration for projects • Lead asset data transformation from design to operation • Standardize lifecycle data using COBie and IFC • Collaborate with clients on operational value propositions • Build a cross-disciplinary council for data governance Requirements: • Expertise in asset management and digital twin frameworks • Proven experience with building operational standards • Understanding of IWMS and data integration technologies • Strong leadership and influence across diverse teams • Excellent communicator, simplifying complex data issues Transform building management practices with your data expertise and leadership at WSP. #J-18808-Ljbffr
