What You Can Expect

As a Senior Consultant you will be a mentor trainer and coach to Interns and Consultants as youfacilitatethe successful completion of project work plans.Youllidentifyareas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency.Youllstrengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate gain trust and network with client personnel and professional associates. At the direction ofManagers you may accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans project staffing preparation of deliverables and application of methodologies.

Do Your Talents Include the Following

Experience with or understanding of:

• Process improvement businesstransformationand project management methodologies

• Accounting / finance processes and objectives

• Accountingoperations financial frameworks financial accountingsystemsand business intelligence tools

• Process analysis and assessments as well as development of process flows and future state roadmaps

• Service excellence-identifyingkey client business issuesdeterminingclient needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approachesevaluatingandvalidatinganalysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement

• Evaluating summarizing organizing and interpretingdata.

• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network.

• Ability to translate and communicateissuesrisksor challengesto client personnel including executives.

• Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring oversight and review of work coordination across teams and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelors degree inarelevant discipline(e.g.Accounting Finance or Related Field).

• 2 years working inConsulting FP&A Financial Reporting Assurance Services or related field either in professional services or industry.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on WordExceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client project team and other business factors. Our people work bothin-personin local Protiviti offices and on client sites which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule.Placement in the range is dependent upon experienceskillsand geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$74000.00 $111000.00
