Angular Front End Developer

Our client, an innovative and growing technology leader, is seeking a talented Angular Front End Developer to join their engineering team. In this role, you will serve as the primary developer for the organization's core Angular (v14+) applications, designing and building robust, highly scalable Single Page Applications (SPAs).

This position is ideal for a senior-level front-end specialist who thrives on implementing clean architecture, reactive programming patterns, and pixel-perfect UI designs. You will work in a highly collaborative, mostly remote environment, partnering with back-end engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and modern cloud architectures.

Location: Oakville (Remote, with occasional in-office visits as needed)

Responsibilities
Front-End Architecture: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable enterprise-grade SPAs utilizing Angular (v14+).

State Management: Implement clean, responsive data flows and state management patterns using RxJS, NgRx, or similar reactive libraries.

API Integration: Partner closely with back-end developers to seamlessly consume and debug RESTful APIs and microservices.

UI/UX Implementation: Translate high-fidelity Figma/Sketch wireframes into highly reusable, accessible, and pixel-perfect components using SASS/CSS3 and HTML5.

Performance & Standards: Optimize application speed and cross-browser compatibility while ensuring strict adherence to WCAG accessibility standards.

Code Quality & Mentorship: Champion clean code, participate in peer code reviews, and provide technical guidance to intermediate and junior developers.

Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Angular Framework Expertise: 5 to 8 years of dedicated experience building complex, enterprise-grade web applications with Angular (v14+).

- Front-End Experience: 5+ years of overall professional experience in front-end web development.

- Technical Stack: Expert-level mastery of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Reactive Programming: Hands-on experience with RxJS (Observables, Operators, Subjects) and state management libraries (e.g., NgRx).

- Styling & UI: Proven experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and component frameworks (e.g., Angular Material, Bootstrap, or Tailwind).

- Tooling: Proficiency with Git, Node.js/npm, Webpack, and modern CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Asset Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
- React Versatility: Familiarity or hands-on experience with React, React Hooks, and Redux for cross-platform projects.

- Backend Awareness: Experience or familiarity with C#, .NET Core / .NET 8, and consuming ASP.NET Web APIs.

- Cloud Platforms: Exposure to cloud deployment environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
