Job Description: Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 10 years of overall IT experience and 8 years of Salesforce experience to lead large-scale Salesforce implementations integrations and technical delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development expertise enterprise integration experience leadership capabilities and a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce solutions in global delivery environments.

Required Experience

10 years of total IT experience.

8 years of relevant Salesforce experience.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Minimum 3 years leading enterprise Salesforce implementations supporting 300 users.

Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications such as Oracle SAP and other third-party systems.

Hands-on experience with at least one complex data migration/ETL project.

Experience working within a global delivery model.

Strong understanding of Salesforce SDLC including requirements gathering planning analysis design build deployment and support.

Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as Informatica Cloud and other middleware platforms.

Current Salesforce certifications required.

Salesforce Business Analyst experience/certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce implementations enhancements and customizations.

Provide technical leadership across development integration deployment and support activities.

Establish and enforce Salesforce development best practices coding standards and governance processes.

Manage technical workstreams and coordinate activities across development teams.

Identify technical risks issues and dependencies and drive mitigation plans.

Salesforce Development & Architecture

Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions using:

Apex

Visualforce

Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)

JavaScript/AJAX

Salesforce APIs and integrations

Lead custom application development AppExchange implementations and system enhancements.

Drive solution design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Integration & Data Management

Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as Oracle SAP and other third-party applications.

Lead data migration data quality ETL and data governance initiatives.

Evaluate and recommend integration patterns and middleware solutions.

Ensure data integrity security and compliance throughout project lifecycles.

Release Management & DevOps

Define and manage CI/CD processes and release management strategies.

Oversee deployment planning testing and production releases.

Drive continuous improvement in development and deployment practices.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business stakeholders Product Owners Architects and Technical Leads to understand business objectives and challenges.

Conduct workshops interviews requirement-gathering and requirement-refinement sessions.

Analyze current-state and future-state business processes.

Identify and recommend Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities and custom solutions where needed.

Perform impact assessments and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for proposed solutions.

Present solution recommendations to Salesforce Design Authority and governance boards.

Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
