We are hiring directly for our internal development team. This is not a recruitment agency posting - we are the direct employer looking for a core team member to build our flagship Web3 product.
We are developing an innovative decentralized platform and need a Lead Blockchain Developer to take complete ownership of our smart contract architecture, NFT minting mechanisms, marketplace logic, and wallet integrations. You will work side-by-side with our founding engineers, not as an outsourced vendor, but as a key decision-maker in our in-house tech stack.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Architect, develop, test, and deploy Solidity smart contracts on EVM-compatible blockchains.
-
Build and customize ERC-721 and ERC-1155 NFT contracts, including logic for ownership verification and reward distribution.
-
Seamlessly connect smart contracts with our Node.js/Express backend and React/Next.js frontend using Web3.js or Ethers.js.
-
Write comprehensive automated tests using Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry, and manage deployments across testnet and mainnet.
-
Create and maintain clear technical documentation for all smart contracts and on-chain processes.
Required Qualifications:
-
Minimum 5 years of blockchain-specific experience, with at least 8 years in software development overall.
-
Proven track record of shipping production-grade Solidity contracts (ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-20).
-
Deep proficiency with Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry for testing and deployment workflows.
-
Solid experience integrating blockchain logic with Node.js backends via REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
-
Strong analytical mindset and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience building NFT marketplaces, royalty platforms, or collaborative Web3 products.
-
Active participation in open-source blockchain communities or projects.
Why join us directly?
You will have direct equity/ownership discussions with the founders, zero middlemen, and full creative control over the blockchain layer. We are looking for a long-term technical partner, not a one-off contractor.
To apply: Please send your GitHub/portfolio and resume directly through Hubstaff. No agencies, recruiters, or third-party intermediaries, please.
