About The Role
The Junior Web Developer provides essential technical support for our engagement with a major Canadian financial client. This position exists to maintain the digital tools and interfaces that allow our principals to present complex strategy data with clarity. You will ensure that our internal reporting systems remain reliable and functional as we manage various corporate mandates.

Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that critical business problems do not require the traditional large-firm consulting model. We believe that a board facing a succession question or a family group weighing a capital injection does not need a team of twelve associates and a hundred-page methodology deck. Instead, they need experienced partners who can sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. We take on a limited number of mandates to ensure that every client receives direct attention from the principals who are actually accountable for the outcome. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for significant family groups, listed corporations, and government entities. We focus on clarity over complexity and operate as a fully remote firm, prioritizing the quality of our analysis over traditional office overhead.

What You Will Will Do
  • Build and maintain functional web interfaces that support our advisory mandates.
  • Update and refine digital dashboards used by our partners to present findings to our Canadian financial client.
  • Write clean, documented code using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to ensure site reliability.
  • Identify and resolve technical bugs within our internal digital toolset.
  • Assist in the organization of mandate-related data into clear, accessible digital formats.
  • Ensure all web assets align with the firm's standards for professional presentation and logical structure.
  • Collaborate with the principals to translate complex strategy requirements into simple technical solutions.
  • Monitor the performance and accessibility of our web-based tools to ensure a consistent experience.
