Responsibilities:
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Experience in capital markets ETF trading product management or a related financial services discipline
Strong understanding of ETF ecosystem including primary/secondary markets liquidity providers and exchange dynamics
Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Effective communicator with experience collaborating across trading sales and external partners
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to complex initiatives
Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
UCITS experience a plus.
Pay Transparency
Expected Salary Range:$93k-$169k
Role status: existing vacancy
Our compensation ranges are based on role level and local market. Individual pay within the range is determined by factors such as job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. For part-time roles pay will be pro-rated based on regularly scheduled hours.
In addition to the range above Vanguards total compensation package may include performance-based incentives discretionary bonuses and other perks. We also offer comprehensive benefits such as health insurance accident and life insurance and retirement savings plans. Your recruiter will be able to provide additional details on the total compensation offering during the hiring process.
