The CLM domain governs how RBC onboards, maintains, and offboards institutional and corporate clients through strategic automation, regulatory compliance, and data fabric enablement.
With CLM undergoing modernization of its infrastructure and automation capabilities, this role provides the planning, reporting, and governance backbone across the portfolio. Rather than owning a single project, you will maintain visibility across all workstreams, consolidate plans into a coherent portfolio view, and give leadership the aggregate picture they need to make decisions. What will you do?
Portfolio Planning & Aggregation
Consolidate individual project plans into an integrated portfolio roadmap across all CLM workstreams.
Build and maintain aggregate views of milestones, dependencies, and resource demand spanning multiple concurrent projects.
Identify cross-workstream dependencies, scheduling conflicts, and critical-path risks that are invisible at the single-project level.
Maintain the master RAID log at the portfolio level, escalating items that affect more than one workstream.
Reporting & Governance
Produce executive-level status reporting that rolls up workstream detail into a clear leadership summary, including milestone tracking with RAG status, key metrics, financials, and consolidated risk and issue updates.
Run governance forums: prepare materials, drive cadence, capture decisions and actions, and hold owners accountable to commitments.
Standardize reporting formats and delivery metrics across project managers so leadership sees consistent data across the portfolio.
Track portfolio financials against budget and surface variances early.
Jira & Tooling Administration
Administer the CLM Jira environment: configure boards, workflows, and dashboards to support both team-level execution and portfolio-level reporting.
Build and maintain Jira dashboards and Advanced Roadmaps (or equivalent) that feed aggregate cross-workstream reporting.
Drive consistent Jira hygiene across project teams so portfolio data is accurate and reportable.
Process & Delivery Support
Establish and maintain PMO standards, templates, and delivery governance for the CLM portfolio.
Support project managers in navigating internal governance, securing architecture, IT risk, and financial approvals (PAR).
Monitor delivery metrics across workstreams and flag where progress is drifting from plan or business value. What do you need to succeed?
Minimum Requirements
8+ years in project, program, or PMO delivery, ideally within financial services.
Demonstrated experience running a PMO or portfolio function across multiple concurrent workstreams, not just single-project delivery.
Hands-on Jira proficiency, including dashboards, reporting, and portfolio-level tooling (Advanced Roadmaps or equivalent).
Strong understanding of the client lifecycle (onboarding, KYC, AML, offboarding) in capital markets.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
Experience producing executive and governance-level reporting for senior stakeholders.
Proven stakeholder management and comfort navigating enterprise governance.
