What youll be doing:

As the Sr. Consultant QA Lead you will join the Business Banking Technology QA team. This is an individual contributor role working closely with the Director in the team. This role demand working with intake BSA development solutioning and tech partners across the bank. Lead E2E Testing activities focusing on the daily execution plan and support program team. Review processes and plan agreed to deliver identifying areas for efficiency and improvement across Quality Assurance (QA) activities. Lead E2E planning estimation execution and QA delivery during SIT or UAT phase following CIBC process. Identify obstacles or risks that may impact a projects timeline or success and provide regular status updates to QA and other technical partners. Maximize the QA delivery by adopting Automation to have continuous testing ability across Test Environments/Testing phases to ensure QA and Business Partners achieve their strategic objectives.

• Continuous Improvement Maximize QA delivery by adopting automation and continuous testing practices contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives.

• You have technical skills. You have more than 7 years of experience testing leading QA program or development teams within financial services to drive complex application testing and foster strong partnerships across technology teams.
