Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead and support enterprise-wide organizational change initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders project teams and stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies that drive successful adoption of business process and technology changes.

The consultant will be responsible for assessing organizational impacts managing stakeholder engagement developing communication and training strategies mitigating resistance and ensuring long-term sustainability of change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and coaching on Organizational Change Management principles methodologies best practices and tools.
  
• Partner with executive leadership project managers business analysts process improvement specialists HR teams and communications teams to integrate change management throughout project delivery.
  
• Develop and execute enterprise-wide Organizational Change Management strategies and implementation plans.

• Conduct organizational change impact assessments and change readiness assessments.

• Facilitate workshops presentations and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  
• Identify people-side risks anticipate resistance and implement mitigation strategies.
  
• Measure and monitor change adoption utilization business readiness and proficiency using defined success metrics.
  
• Communicate the vision and purpose of organizational change to ensure stakeholder understanding and commitment.
  
• Build consensus among business stakeholders and project teams to support successful implementation.
  
• Ensure clients partners and stakeholders remain informed engaged and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Develop sustainment strategies including knowledge transfer continuous improvement performance management and benefits realization to ensure long-term adoption.
  

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise-level Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives.
  
• Proven experience supporting large-scale transformational projects involving multiple business units and diverse stakeholder groups.
