Job DescriptionRole Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Java Technical Lead with 12+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development and production support. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java technologies, enterprise application support, SSL/TLS security, SOAP and REST services, Unix/Linux environments, database troubleshooting, and technical leadership. This role requires ownership of mission-critical applications and the ability to guide teams through complex technical and production challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams.
Support mission-critical applications in complex enterprise environments.
Manage production support activities, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Ensure end-to-end operational ownership of applications and services.
Debug, enhance, and optimize legacy Java applications.
Support and troubleshoot batch-intensive processing environments.
Execute and troubleshoot shell scripts, database procedures, and queries.
Design and document technical, logical, sequence, and architecture diagrams.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve complex issues.
Ensure application stability, performance, scalability, and security.

Java & Framework Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with:
Java 8

Solid experience with Spring Framework (legacy applications).
Ability to debug, enhance, and optimize legacy Java codebases.
Security & SSL
In-depth knowledge of SSL/TLS concepts.

Experience with SSL configuration and troubleshooting in enterprise applications.

Application Support & Batch Processing
Extensive production support experience.
