People Corporation is seeking a Benefits Specialist in Ontario to support their growing Large Client Strategy division. Reporting to the Vice President of Client Management the role centers on creating polished client materials (presentations reports RFPs and communications) coordinating client campaigns and collaborating with internal teams and insurance partners.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and organized with advanced PowerPoint skills strong written and verbal English and the ability to juggle multiple priorities independently. Canva Adobe InDesign bilingualism and industry designations (GBA LLQP CEBS) are all considered assets.

The Benefits Specialist Large Client Strategy will:
Develop clear and concise client materials including presentations benchmarking reports proposals Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions and employee communications;
Organize and execute on client initiatives to support objectives including conferences client seminars campaigns and newsletters;
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members clients and insurance carrier partners to strategically support client and company goals and objectives;
Design customized client communications that align with brand standards and requirements;
Efficiently manage competing priorities and deadlines while remaining agile and responsive to evolving client and business needs;
To be successful as a Benefits Specialist Large Client Strategy at People Corporation you will need:
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and organized with advanced PowerPoint skills strong written and verbal English and the ability to juggle multiple priorities independently. Industry designations (GBA LLQP CEBS) are all considered assets.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to accurately document maintain and track prospects and clients within the companys workflow and CRM systems;
Highly developed MSOffice skills; an advanced level of PowerPoint is required;
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe InDesign to produce polished on-brand client-facing materials;
Experience in Canva Adobe InDesign and PPT is a must.
Client-focused with an unwavering commitment to service excellence;
Strong communication skills with excellent proficiency in English - both written and verbal.
Demonstrated capacity for independent work and proactive initiative coupled with proficient time management skills to effectively prioritize prospect client and internal commitments;
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
Group Benefits Associate (GBA) LLQP and/or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) is an asset;
Bilingualism is an asset but not required;
There may be occasional travel required for industry events or corporate meetings

The base salary range for this position is $60000 - 80000 per annum.
This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
