We are looking foraco-opto join our Commercial Strategy team responsible for driving the growth of the Canadian Sportsbook business. Youwill playan important rolein deriving business and customer insightsmonitoringbusiness performance and spotting industry trends.

You will be part of a highly collaborative team environment working closely with a variety of stakeholders across the organization including Casino Commercial Analytics Finance Risk & Trading Marketing Product and more. The role will be based in Toronto Canada.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above employees maybe requiredto perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

• We are looking for a teammate who can:
• Perform analysis to derive insights that support business decisions for the Canada Sportsbook.
• Contribute to monthly quarterly and annual business forecasting.
• Support the creation execution and aftercare of improvement and optimization projects that willbenefitcustomers while considering profitably.
• Analyze and recommend improvements tooptimizeexisting internal processes and external supplier relationships.
• Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape researching the latest industry trends and continuously looking for new ways to improve our conversion & retention efforts.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• In college or university in pursuit of a degree with expected completion between December 2026 June 2028
• Must be in commutable distance from or willing torelocatetodesignatedoffice
• Must be willing to be in office 3 times per week
• Available to work 40 hours/week during the term with anticipated start date of September 8 2026

Preferred Qualifications:

• Actively pursuing a degree in commerce marketing math financeorrelevantquantitative field
• Has aGPAof 3.4 on a 4.0 scale
• Proficiencyin PowerPoint ExcelTableauand other analytical tools; experience with SQL Python R a plus

The applicable hourly range for this position is $25 - $30 CAD which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience location business needs and market demand.
