Job Description:



  • Foster technical collaboration across multiple product groups, ARTs, journeys and Digital Channel to align on shared technology goals and architecture standards

  • Lead execution of ART features/Modernization across product teams, ensuring platform strategies scale effectively across the pods

  • Ensure teams are working towards building and utilizing reusable, scalable components, drive AI adoption, automation and technical efficiencies

  • Lead efforts to design and implement foundational platform architecture (aligning with Mobile, Online and Salesforce)

  • Identify and prioritize foundational initiatives such as security, performance optimization, framework/libraries

  • Provide Technical Leadership for EasyApply and Discovery assets

  • Work with teams to ensure services design standards are prioritized

  • Provide guidance and structure to horizontal teams contributing to platform (including feature refinement)

  • Partner with offshore teams to accelerate delivery timelines and maintain quality of cross-POD initiatives

  • Support coordination and quality of deliverables from offshore teams, ensuring alignment with operational goals

  • Partner with BOM, Finance and practices to ensure robust financial and feature management using enterprise tools (e.g., feature cost dashboard, feature estimation tool, JIRA etc.)

  • Accountability across core platform assets, Tooling for development and release, EA Legacy & Evolution competency

  • Continued Technology Strategy and Intake support

  • Platform Dev, BSA and QE resources are present in ARTs; requires people leadership


Qualifications:


7+ Years of experience with Java, Angular, Kafka, Azure


Stakeholder management and track record of delivery.
