Responsibilities
Responsibilities

Material Handling: Safely and accurately move, stack, and retrieve heavy inventory throughout the facility.

Shipping & Receiving: Efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing trailers in a fast-paced environment.

Order Fulfillment: Pick orders and replenish stock quickly to keep the warehouse operations running smoothly.

Equipment Care: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on your forklift to ensure the machine is safe and working properly.

Safety First: Follow all site safety protocols strictly to help maintain an accident-free workspace.

Teamwork: Work together with the rest of the warehouse crew to consistently hit daily shipping and production targets.

Qualifications
Qualifications/Certificates

Valid Forklift License: Active certification for Counterbalance, Reach, Dock Stocker, or Walkie.

Safe Operator: Demonstrated history of running equipment safely in busy, high-traffic industrial settings.

Reliable: A solid track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and professional dependability.

Physical Capability: Able to stand for long stretches during a shift and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.

Availability: Ready to commit to a steady, full-time schedule at our Ajax, ON facility.
