Relationship Manager, Region of Peel / Senior Project Manager

GHD is seeking a Relationship Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead and grow one of our most important municipal client relationships while delivering complex infrastructure programs across the Greater Toronto Area.
This unique dual-role position combines strategic client leadership with hands-on project delivery. Approximately 50% of your time will be focused on strengthening GHD's multi-market relationship with the Region of Peel, while the remaining 50% will involve leading major municipal infrastructure projects and multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Do
- Lead large, complex municipal infrastructure projects and programs, including transportation, roadway, and water infrastructure initiatives.
- Serve as GHD's Relationship Manager for the Region of Peel, building and strengthening executive-level client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans, identify upcoming opportunities, and support major pursuits and proposals.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams while fostering collaboration across GHD's transportation, water, environmental, and buildings practices.
- Act as the voice of the client within GHD, helping teams deliver exceptional project outcomes and client experiences.
- Support business growth through strategic engagement, market intelligence, and client development activities.
What You Bring
- Professional Engineer (, Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience delivering municipal infrastructure projects and programs.
- Strong understanding of municipal project delivery, approvals, utilities, property coordination, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with the Region of Peel.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships, influence stakeholders, and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience leading pursuits, proposals, and strategic business planning initiatives.
- Ability to travel throughout the GTHA.

The salary range for this position is $140,000-190,000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location.
