About the team Deloitte's Cyber practice helps organizations build resilient identity and access management programs that reduce risk, strengthen compliance, and enable digital transformation. As a Senior Consultant within our Identity & Access Management (IAM) practice, you will play a key role in delivering complex Privileged Access Management (PAM) engagements, working alongside clients to design, implement, and optimize solutions that protect critical systems, privileged accounts, and sensitive assets.
You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to assess current-state capabilities, develop scalable PAM solutions, and support enterprise-wide identity transformation initiatives. Working with leading technologies such as CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, Microsoft Entra, SailPoint, and Saviynt, you will help clients strengthen security, improve operational efficiency, and meet evolving regulatory and compliance requirements. You will be part of a collaborative team that is passionate about helping clients establish modern, identity-centric security programs while advancing your technical, consulting, and leadership capabilities.
What will your typical day look like? - Support end-to-end PAM implementations and transformations.
- Conduct privileged account discovery workshops and technical assessments.
- Gather and document PAM business and technical requirements.
- Configure and deploy PAM technologies such as Idira (CyberArk), HashiCorp, Azure PIM and/or others.
- Develop technical designs and implementation documentation.
- Perform user acceptance testing and validation activities.
- Develop operational procedures and support documentation.
- Participate in knowledge transfer and training sessions.
- Support the development of PAM onboarding approaches, including connector design, plugin development, and integration enablement.
- Support proposal development, demos, and pursuit activities.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to address technical and operational challenges.
Enough about us, let's talk about you Must-have (required) Skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 3-6 years of IAM or PAM experience.
- Experience with one or more PAM technologies:
- Idira (CyberArk)
- Microsoft Entra PIM
- Understanding of:
- Active Directory
- LDAP
- Windows and Linux administration
- Cloud identity concepts
- RBAC and least-privilege models
- Experience gathering requirements and developing technical documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-have (Preferred) Skills - Idira/CyberArk Sentry, Defender, CDE certifications.
Experience with:
- SailPoint
- Saviynt
- ServiceNow
- Azure
- AWS
- Scripting experience:
- PowerShell
- Python
- REST APIs
- Prior consulting or systems integration experience.
Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
