Insurance Account Representative – Desjardins Agent Team Member

Position Overview:
We are launching a brand-new insurance agency in the heart of Liberty Village and are looking for ambitious, customer-focused professionals who want to be part of something exciting from the very beginning. Whether you have insurance experience or are looking to start a new career, we provide the training, coaching, and support you need to succeed. Successful candidates will begin their employment through our corporate training program. During this period, you will receive comprehensive training in insurance sales, customer service, and agency operations. If required, you will receive support in obtaining your Ontario insurance licence, beginning with the OTL and progressing to the LLQP if applicable.

You will be hired to work at The Personal Insurance Company (“The Personal”) for a period of up to 90 days to allow you to complete training and licensing. If training and licensing are successfully completed, you will be considered for employment with an independent contractor Desjardins Agent.
