What youll be doing
As a key member of the CIBCs Wealth Advisory Services Team the incumbent is responsible for the implementation and management of all products and services offered under the Wealth Solutions umbrella: Financial Planning Insurance and Trust Services. The role applies advanced concepts to develop recommend and implement annual business plans manage day-to-day product activities support internal and external partner and stakeholder management and support the development and implementation of new product concepts and features to continue growth and product relevance to clients. The Manager Financial Planning Insurance and Trust Services uses independent judgement to determine methods and approaches to work collaborating with the business to engage resources and support initiatives and ensure that the lifetime value of the client is addition the role supports new business development activities including initial concept development market assessment business case development and implementation to support CIBCs enhanced client experience objectives while following good governance and risk management principles.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $75870 to $104320.
The base salary is determined by a variety of factors including the candidates skills experience and job-related knowledge as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.
In addition to base pay compensation for this roleincludes participation in an annual discretionary incentive orbonus program.

How youll succeed
- Relationship Building You will lead and manage the transition effort while collaborating with the team identified to support it. The execution process involves coordinating people and resources as well as managing and tracking the project while identifying and mitigating potential issues in a timely proactive manner. This job interacts on a regular basis with internal partners including Cash Management Sales Relationship Managers the Business Contact Centre CIBCs vendors INTRIA Retail Operations and the branch network.
- Implementation & Transitioning Coordinate new and existing advisor transitions and implementations acting as the crucial point of contact to ensure a proper onboarding by working directly with leadership to gather relevant information to execute the onboarding request. Provide Advisors with the required documentation. Follow up and maintain communication throughout the transition with all partners to ensure that onboarding delivered in a timely and seamless manner.
- Operational Support Interpret validate and obtain the required information to complete the necessary implementation forms for internal and external requests. Regularly update knowledge of internal (i.e. new products procedures and organizational changes) and external (i.e. technology regulatory changes) developments to respond to Advisor needs promptly and suitably.
- Business Development Identify through the analysis process and client dealings other potential reporting and/or service improvement opportunities and refer potential solutions to the appropriate managers. Recognize business risk elements of situations being handled involving the appropriate supervisors or business partners as early as possible. Contribute to the business units goal of continuous improvement by identifying areas to enhance the experience or resolve challenges.

- You have developed knowledge. CIBC wealth products and services offerings including the processes and procedures necessary to implement products and services required. Knowledge of the financial services industry sufficient to recognize relevant issues and opportunities.
- You have strong technical skills with Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint as well as the ability to quickly learn proprietary software applications supporting the origination and cash management sales process.
