We are a software-focused IT solutions and services provider that equips organizations to be agile and innovative, and for their people to be engaged, connected, and creative at work. That means moving them to the cloud, helping them build the workplace of tomorrow, and enabling them to make smarter decisions about their technology. By doing these things we help them create success for their customers and their people.

We stand proudly for our people and support their success through career development and advancement. We are recognized and respected for our culture of inclusion and belonging, continuously striving to do what’s good for our people and communities.

We will be looking for you – and your passion - to join our team to plan and execute our HR strategies to contribute directly to our company’s growth, culture and performance!

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct exit interviews for purposes of identifying trends and patterns, and make recommendations to improve employee engagement and retention levels.
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian federal and provincial legislation, and U.S. federal and state regulations regarding all aspects of employment law.
  • Support immigration visas and relocations as required.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Work well as part of a team and can build strong relationships but can also work autonomously.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and decision making skills and are critical thinkers.
  • Have strong learning orientation focused on providing a positive customer experience for your stakeholders.

  • A Post-Secondary degree with a focus in Human Resources Management.
  • 3 years of related experience as an Employee Relations Specialist in a fast paced environment.
