Job Description

Beyond the courts ice and pitches of our venues. MLSE aspires to create far-reaching impact across our City as a Community Titan.

As a member of the Fan Engagement team youll be supporting a cross-team approach to community engagement and fan development that aligns with MLSEs social impact purpose and fan philosophy.

MLSEs Internship term dates are from September 8 2026 - December 18 2026

Responsibilities

• Support of corporate team and social impact initiatives that engage community. Work collaboratively alongside the Social Impact group and other stakeholders in priority areas.
• Support the development and execution of community engagement and fan development initiatives.
• Attend and support with activations and community events.
• Manage communications with vendors and community partners to support initiative implementation.
• Communicate and support centralized tracking of KPIs across the team.
• Create debrief materials for relevant initiatives to strengthen processes.
• Provide research and analysis support of community engagement and fan development initiatives.
• Other logistic and administrative support as required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a University or College degree diploma or certificate program preferably in business marketing non-profits events sports management or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint and Word).
• Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable with flexible hours/work schedule including some evenings and weekends.
