Job Description

As part of the MLSE Ticketing Department you will have the unique opportunity to assist with a variety of tasks programs and events to ultimately ensure the delivery of championship service for our fans/ will work side by side with experienced and knowledgeable Sports Professionals who have been in the business for 1-10 years.

MLSEs Internship term dates are from September 8 2026 - December 18 2026

• Assist in the coordination and execution of best-in-class sales events.
• Support Sales initiatives during office hours and on game nights.
• Supporting Sales in the execution of events involving Youth Groups VIPs and Corporate Groups at Scotiabank Arena and Coca-Cola Coliseum
• Execute and support sales team with game day activations at Toronto Marlies games at Coca-Cola Coliseum
• Assist in game day preparation for Group Sales before Raptors and 905 games.
• Research on best practices and innovation for multiple internal projects.
• Support in updating asset databases guests and client gifting orders.
• Support Sales Team collaborations with other MLSE Departments where necessary.
• Perform other administrative sales or membership functions as required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution in a sales or business-related program.
• Able to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Available to work game nights on evenings & weekends as required
