We're building an AI-powered real estate platform in Toronto, from the ground up. A conversational AI system matches buyers and renters with properties, qualifies leads automatically, and routes verified, ready-to-view clients directly to agents. Our consumer platform launches at guidhome.ca.
The technology is built. The business model is validated. Now we're assembling the founding team.
This is not a traditional employment offer.
We're looking for a licensed Broker of Record to join us as a founding operational partner. Someone who will shape how the brokerage runs, build the agent roster, and grow with the company as it scales across GTA and Ontario.
Your RECO license is the operational foundation of Aegis Concierge Inc., and it's what enables the platform to connect to TRREB MLS and CREA DDF. Without a licensed broker, there's no legal access to MLS data. This is a core product dependency.
Strong advantage: Russian or Ukrainian speaker, given our founding team and the agent community we're building.
