WhatYoullDo

As anEnergy Specialist / Appointment Bookeryoullspeak with commercial business owners throughout Ontario and Texas introducing them to competitive electricity and natural gas solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify new commercial customers via outbound calls (100150 per day)
• Schedule appointments and build long-term relationships with decision-makers
• Collaborate closely with Outside Sales and Account Management teams to close deals
• Maintain integrity transparency and professionalism in every interaction
• Track progress meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly RCE targets
• Manage your pipeline efficiently with strong time-management and goal-setting habits

You are:

• Professional fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish making 100-150 outbound business calls daily
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and CRM software
• Confident detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Professional ethical and customer-focused
• Results-driven with a hunger to exceed expectations
• Able to work in a performance-based environment
• Previousexperience in sales energy or call centre environments
• College diploma or degree in Marketing Business or Communications (asset notrequired)
• Mustbe legally authorized to work in Canada.
