Job Description:
The WealthCares Complaint Officeris responsible for workflow management and case assignment to Wealth Cares and/or the respective Wealth line of business. They act as the central point of contact for front lineWealth Advised employees and business partners onlevel 2complaint matters.They will also be responsiblefor ensuringregulatory filings are completed along withrespective follow-up within the team. This role will also play an integral role in the complaint reporting processes.They provide legendarycolleague experience through a combinationofexpertise experience and documented principles/practices.Reviewing submissions to determineif they are deemed regulatory and sent to Wealth Cares orservice andadvising the respective business contacts to manage.
Ensuringall Wealth Cares complaintsaredocumented onto a database with a goal to protect data integrity.
LiaisingwithTD Wealthandother TDbusiness partnersregularlyto verify facts andguidance.
Identifying systemic issues and trends and developing potential solutionsthrough detailed and accurate reporting;
Taking ownership and responsibility to ensure an immediate solution to triagefilesalong with follow-up to meetestablishedregulatorydeadlines; and
Assist with special projects as required.
JobRequirements
Results-oriented individualwithsuperiorwritten and verbal communication skills judgment and business acumen;
Thorough knowledge ofWealth Management
Attention to detail analytical organizational and problem-solving capabilities;
Knowledge of TDCT and Wealth processes products and services;
Ability to interactand workwith individuals at all levels of the organization;
Proven ability to work independently manage andprioritize multiple taskstomeet deadlines.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office Word Excel Access Power Point;
Ability to operate in an evolvingand often changingenvironment; and
Willingness to embrace additional responsibilities as required.
Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
PreferredEducation and Accreditation
Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Investments Funds in Canada (IFIC);
Certified Financial Planner (CFP)and/or Professional Financial Planning (PFP);
Wealth Management Essentials Course (WME);
Other industry coursesarean asset.
