SALARY RANGE: $98400 - 116800

  • Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.

BONUS:Starting Bonus at Target $24600

  • This role may also be eligible for discretionary long-term incentive awards.

  • Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business resultspursuant tothe Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for ensuring company strategy is in compliance with regulation - works with corporate to identify risks and opportunities
  • Responsible for the review of and adherence to Control Policies
  • Responsible for the communication execution and education of the control policies within the organization - lead point of contact for the education of functional leaders
  • Provide support to the business to ensure consistency with Group accounting policies and relevant generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Support various ad hoc requests from the business (e.g. Public Affairs Treasury Internal Audit Sales Distribution etc.)
  • Responsible for ensuring continued compliance with/reporting of internal control policies/requirements and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors to provide support for internal controls and SOX assessments to address any internal audit issues that have been noted and to provide/implement process improvement suggestions if applicable
  • Involved in the design testing and implementation of internal controls as part of the implementation of a new ERP system

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 36 years of experience in accounting audit or internal controls
  • CPA designation (or in progress) strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with SOX compliance and internal controls testing/design including exposure to audit processes
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders with strong organization and self-starter mindset
