Work Environment

• Work Location: Onsite (Ontario Public Sector office)
  
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
  
• Hours: 7.25 hours per day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (excluding lunch)
  
• Work Arrangement: 5 days onsite
  

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Software Developer (Siebel CRM Developer) to design develop customize integrate and support enterprise Siebel CRM applications within a large public sector environment. The successful candidate will work throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) translating business and technical requirements into scalable high-quality software solutions. This role also involves report development system integrations troubleshooting production support and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into functional tested software applications.
  
• Design develop configure customize and maintain Siebel CRM applications.
  
• Develop detailed technical specifications and application designs.
  
• Write test debug and document application code.
  
• Perform unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.
  
• Support application implementations migrations upgrades and post-production activities.
  
• Develop reports and dashboards using OBIEE and Power BI.
  
• Integrate Siebel CRM with external applications including Adobe AEM J2EE and other enterprise systems.
  
• Participate in technical design sessions code reviews and project walkthroughs.
  
• Prepare technical and user documentation.
  
• Ensure solutions comply with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards and best practices.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts architects QA teams and technical stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

• 10 years of experience in Siebel technical configuration design development and integration.
  
• 5 years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM J2EE and enterprise applications.
  
• 5 years of experience with Siebel EIM and Siebel EAI.

The ideal candidate is a senior Siebel CRM Developer with extensive experience in enterprise application development integration and reporting. They possess deep technical expertise in Siebel Open UI EAI/EIM Adobe AEM integration and Oracle technologies along with excellent communication analytical and troubleshooting skills. Experience delivering solutions within public sector environments is highly desirable.
