Our scope ranges from recommending how to use content more effectively to optimizing daily media channel performance and maximizing visibility in eCommerce platforms.
Were looking for a Buying Manager who can bring together data relationships and market insight to make smart media buying decisions. Youll play a key role in delivering strong outcomes for clientsmaking sure were investing in the right channels partners and opportunities.
Plan negotiate and execute media buys across platforms (digital programmatic retail media etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners vendors and partners
Use data and performance insights to guide investment decisions and optimize campaigns
Work closely with strategy planning and client teams to bring campaigns to life
Negotiate rates added value and placements to maximize ROI
Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed
Stay on top of media trends new platforms and emerging opportunities
What You Bring
Experience in media buying planning or a related role
Strong negotiation skills and confidence working with vendors and partners
A data-driven mindsetyoure comfortable using insights to make decisions
Solid understanding of the media landscape (especially digital and programmatic)
Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
A collaborative approach and strong communication skills
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing business communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
47 years of experience in media buying media planning or agency environment
Experience working with media platforms (e.g. DSPs Google Meta retail media networks)
Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering strong campaign performance
Comfortable analyzing campaign data and turning it into actionable insights
Experience negotiating with media partners and managing vendor relationships

The salary range for this position is$80k-$87k. Actual salary within thesalary range will be based on avariety of factors including relevantexperience knowledge and skills.A range of medical dental RRSPpaid time off and/or other benefitsalso are available to all permanentemployees.
