Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the Cross-Border Governance group in managing risk, maintaining audit and regulatory readiness, and delivering timely, well-controlled outcomes including invoice payments and analysis. The successful candidate will bring strong judgment, collaboration, communication, and execution discipline to a fast-paced environment where risk management, accountability, and continuous improvement are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Operations, Finance and control partners to clarify expectations, assess risks, support execution, and help deliver timely and sustainable outcomes.
• Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, appropriate approvals and supporting documentation; investigate and resolve discrepancies by partnering with finance and other internal stakeholders.
• Process invoice payments in accordance with established timelines, company policies, and internal control requirements.
• Prepare and maintain tracking files, reconciliations, reports, and status updates to support visibility into day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit, compliance, regulatory, and management reporting requirements.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support automation or workflow enhancements to improve invoice processing efficiency.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
• Support governance routines by preparing materials, tracking action items, escalating risks or issues, and ensuring follow-through on remediation activities.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree or Technical certificate
• 5-7 years relevant experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver against deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint; experience with dashboards, reporting tools, workflow systems is an asset.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusion, teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and supporting a strong risk management culture
