Creating physical database designs and operates and administers the database management system (DBMS) including database optimization capacity planning installation and migration database design performance tuning backup and recovery

• Experience with RAC Golden Gate Data Guard Technologies.
  
• Experience with performance tuning optimization and capacity planning
  
• Experience with backup recovery and disaster recovery strategies
  
• Experience monitoring and enforcing database rules policies and standards
  
• Knowledge of Incident Problem Change and Configuration Management processes (e.g. ITIL practices)
  
• Experience with database security access control and data integrity management
  
• Basic understanding of communication protocols and networking concepts relevant to databases
