We are looking for a Senior UX Writer specializing in Design Systems to define and scale how language is used across our digital products. This role sits at the intersection of content design product design and system architecture ensuring consistency clarity and usability across all user experiences. You will own the language layer of our design system from microcopy patterns to voice and tone standards helping teams ship cohesive intuitive and accessible experiences at scale. This role will bring our brand voice to life across the entire digital ecosystem through the Design System. You will write like a real human talks and translate the hardest ideas into a language thats honest warm and genuinely useful without corporate gloss/complexity.
The position is based in Toronto and may require some international travel to other CITCO locations. The Senior UX/UI Designer will reportto the Design Director and interact with business stakeholders and technical groups.
