The Sr. Manager, Equity Compensation will own the global administration of RBI’s employee equity programs – the grant, vesting, tax, and reporting processes that deliver a meaningful portion of total direct compensation to executives and employees across RBI’s global brands. This high‑visibility role sits at the intersection of People, Payroll, Finance, and Legal.
Total target compensation combines a competitive base, an annual bonus, and long‑term equity, putting total cash well above base alone. Base salary range of C$140,000‑160,000, plus an annual bonus target of 30% of base salary. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company’s long‑term incentive plan. Compensation for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.
