Job description
Join Clio as a Senior Commercial Lawyer and redefine legal practice through AI innovation. Be part of a mission-driven team focused on efficiency and impact. As Clio's Senior Commercial Lawyer, you will bring 3-5 years of relevant experience to handle sales agreements, public sector contracts, and technology law. You will collaborate with business development and compliance teams, ensuring that Clio's legal advisory aligns with its AI-first vision. Your role requires excellent judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, making significant contributions from day one. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the lifecycle of sales contracts and NDAs • Assist public sector deals with compliance and efficiency • Work on partnership agreements with business development • Advise on licensing and technology law matters • Enhance legal operations by leveraging AI tools Requirements: • Licensed lawyer in good standing in Canada • 3-5 years experience in commercial and technology law • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills • Familiarity with government procurement processes • Eagerness to integrate AI into legal activities Bring your insights and passion for technology to Clio, and help lead a new era in legal services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
