  2. Interviews: During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you.   3. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

Mission Description

  • Design or supervise the design of optimal project solutions to address client needs within the HEOR & Canadian HTA process.
  • Organize, supervise, and support the project team to ensure high-quality work, as well as efficient and timely completion of the project.
  • Provide strategic advice within the context of the project (within and beyond the project scope).
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Canadian HTA process, private and public payer markets, their drug review processes, and reimbursement trends affecting market access.
  • Develop technical reports and presentations to disseminate findings.
  • Develop and manage project stakeholder relations and communications (internal and external).
  • Monitor resource, budget, and delivery requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the business development and delivery management teams; participate in business development meetings.

Profile Requirement

  • Advanced degree in a relevant healthcare/bioscience subject (e.g., MSc/PhD in pharmacy, public health, healthcare management, biopharmaceutical sciences, etc.).
  • 3 to 5 years of market access, health economics & outcomes research experience gained primarily in consulting, but also academia or industry.
  • The successful candidate will offer specific content-related skills and experience in:
    • Analysis of research findings and translating into meaningful recommendations to clients.
    • Familiarity with the CDA and INESSS economic evaluation guidelines.
  • The successful candidate will offer knowledge and deep understanding of:
    • Interactions between different teams within global pharmaceutical and medical device organizations.
    • Decision-making processes of key national HTA bodies.
