JOB SUMMARY:

As a Project Managerin Learning Services you will play a critical role in planning executing and overseeing the successful completion of various projectsin collaboration with the project team. You willbe responsible forcoordinating resources managing timelines and ensuring that project goals andobjectivesare achieved while providing our clients withanexceptionalexperience andgreat results. TheProjectManager will collaborate with cross-functionalteams stakeholders and clients to ensure effective communication and alignmentthroughout the project lifecycle.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans includingdetails onproject scopeobjectives deliverables andprepare timelines communication plansand resourcing.
• Support the project teamscollaborate withclientstakeholders toidentifyprojectrequirementsandestablishclear project goals.
• Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.
• Leverage AI project management tools to enhance scheduling accuracy forecast project trendsidentifypotential risks and streamline documentation.
• Monitor resourceutilizationto ensureoptimalproductivity andutilization.
• Lead and motivate project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Assign tasks provide guidance andfacilitateeffective communication among team members.
• Identifypotential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues and obstacles that may arise during project execution to minimize disruptions and ensuretimelydelivery.
• Establish andmaintainstrong relationships with stakeholders including clients internal teams and external vendors.
• Regularly communicate project status progress and updates to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
• Monitor project budgetsand proactively mitigate trending project overages.
• Reportmonthly toleadership on finance on project metrics.
• Prepare project reports status updates and documentation to keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintainaccurateproject records including documentation of decisions changes and approvals.
• Continuously explore AI-assisted innovations that enhance productivity reduce manual effort and support data-driven decision making across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams asrequired.
• Assistwith various special projects for stakeholders asrequired.

Experience

• 2 years of working in aclient facingenvironment.
• 2 years of experience with instructional design course development program management and web development life cycleishighly beneficial.
• Advanced Microsoft program skills including knowledge of Pivot Tables and PowerPoint.
• AdvancedSmartSheetskills including creating custom dashboards for reporting
• Experience using AI tools for project managementor reporting automation considered an asset
• Experience working in Salesforce OpenAir andPowerBIare considered an asset

Suggested Qualifications

• Project Management certification; PMP or CAPM (or equivalent experience) considered an asset
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
