Contribute toplanning coordinatingand executingthe Banks involvement in conferences trade shows education sessionsandmortgage brokerappreciationevents.
Assist inmanagingtheannual event calendar including sporting events.
Visit venues to plan layout of seating menuoveralldesign and décor.
Coordinate event logisticsincludingresearching negotiating and securing event spacesbudget managementregistration and attendee trackingarrangingpresentation and/ ormarketingmaterialsandpromotional items.
Collaborate withinternalCreative team to promote and publicize the eventthroughchannels such asemail and social media.
Fosternewandnurtureongoing relationships with external partners including event managers for brokerages and broker associations.
Organizeand maintaininventory of eventset-up equipment and marketingmaterials.
Assists with invoice management and reconciliation.
Contribute to the post-mortem evaluation of events to measure success and make optimization recommendations.
Minimum of 3years experiencein event planning.
Post-secondary or college certification in EventPlanning Event Managementor relatedprogram.
Advancedknowledge of Microsoft Office including Word OutlookExcel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Goodknowledge of event design flow and logistics.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in afast-pacedenvironment.
Capacity to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work well with tight timelines.
Ability tobe onsiteforeventsduring the day and some evenings/weekends.
Must be able tolift as much as30 some event set-upmay be required.
