The GRO Canadian Segment stream is a 24-monthprogram that offers dynamic experiences across areas such as Manulife Bank Group Benefits Affinity Strategy and Insurance. Launch your career as a Business Analyst Business Intelligence Analyst Process Excellence Analyst Strategy Analyst Product Analyst Data Analyst or Automation Analyst when you join this stream and gain exposure to cross-functional project work. Youllgain hands-on experience inbusiness developmentand strategic planningwhile cultivatingexpertisethat drives organizational success and develop a strong foundation in digital and analytical acumen critical thinking and problem-solving. Position Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic initiatives across various business functions.
  • Engage in project management activities that enhance digital capabilities and streamline processes within Manulife.
  • Collaborate with different teams to improvecustomerservice and distribution strategies ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize analytics to support decision-making processes in group benefits strategy and/orinsurance aiming to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to business development efforts byidentifyingopportunities for growth and innovation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a undergraduate degree in Business Administration Commerce Economics Computer Science Analytics (or a related discipline) with an expected graduation of Spring 2027.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to make meaningfulchanges.
  • A natural curiosity to learn and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertisein interpreting data and applying data-driven insights to guide business decisions andoptimizeoperations.
  • Strong analytical and technical acumen and an ability to synthesize data
  • Quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments embracing new challenges with flexibility and resilience.
  • Skilled in building andmaintainingtrust with team members and stakeholders promoting a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Salary range is expected to be between

$70000.00 CAD - $90000.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
