Job Summary
We are recruiting for a Construction Foreperson for a direct hire opportunity in Toronto, ON, supporting industrial facilities and infrastructure construction projects. This role is ideal for an experienced construction leader who understands concrete restoration, structural repair, field coordination, safety, and crew supervision.
As the Construction Foreperson, you will take ownership of daily site activities, lead crews, coordinate manpower and materials, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crews performing concrete restoration, structural repair, and related construction work.
- Coordinate daily field operations, including manpower, equipment, materials, schedules, and site priorities.
- Monitor safety performance, quality standards, productivity, and overall project progress.
- Read and interpret construction drawings to guide field execution and support accurate work completion.
- Communicate with site teams, supervisors, and project stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
- Support a productive, safe, and team-oriented job site environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Compensation: $47 to $52 per hour.
- Health and dental benefits available after probation, with flexibility for the right candidate.
- Performance and retention bonuses with earning potential of up to $16,000.
