About the job Are you an experienced professional seeking a flexible remote engagement where you can apply your corporate communication, relationship-building, and business development expertise? We are working alongside an established international organisation operating within the executive training and capability sector. This independent professional engagement offers the opportunity to apply your existing acumen in a flexible remote environment while contributing to portfolio growth, client engagement, and market expansion activities. This mandate is well suited to a senior professional who is self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently while engaging with a diverse range of executive stakeholders and professional networks. Why You'll Excel in This Mandate 7+ years' professional experience in sales, marketing, business development, consulting, client services, account management, or a related field Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Confidence conducting professional discovery sessions and strategic presentations Excellent organisational and time-management capabilities A proactive, self-directed, and disciplined approach to work A strict commitment to ongoing professional learning and framework development The ability to operate independently and take total ownership of commercial outcomes Core Responsibilities Implement professional digital marketing and strategic client engagement architectures Connect with prospective enterprise clients and stakeholders across various international markets Conduct professional discovery conversations and facilitate strategic framework deployment regarding our advanced portfolios Manage professional follow-up communications and long-term relationship-building activities Utilise established digital systems, CRM processes, and operational frameworks Participate in professional framework training and continuing education activities Maintain accurate records and activity tracking with high professional discipline What the Framework Provides Operational autonomy within a flexible remote engagement Comprehensive corporate onboarding and professional training resources Immediate access to established digital systems, tools, and operational support Association with an international organisation in the executive training and capability sector A results-aligned independent retainer framework offering professional scalability Application Process A qualified applicant will be invited to participate in an initial confidential screening briefing.
