Senior Product Manager (B2B Platforms)

Location: Richmond Hill, ON (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for its growing B2B digital print platforms.

This role sits within the Print Digital Product portfolio and will play a critical part in shaping and scaling enterprise-facing digital solutions.

You will partner closely with business, engineering, and operations teams to define and deliver innovative products that drive revenue growth, improve customer experience, and support long-term digital strategy.

This is a high-impact role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on product execution, with visibility at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and drive the multi-year digital strategy for B2B platforms

- Translate business objectives into actionable product strategies and roadmaps

- Identify new opportunities through market analysis, competitive insights, and customer needs

- Develop and present business cases to secure stakeholder alignment and investment

Product Execution & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, development, launch, and optimization

- Oversee execution of a complex, high-priority platform initiative

- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions

- Manage multiple products/platforms simultaneously

Stakeholder Management

- Build consensus across business, operations, and technology teams

- Communicate effectively with Senior leadership and executives

- Act as a key bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

Data & Performance

- Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and measure product success

- Continuously optimize platforms based on performance insights and customer feedback

Team Collaboration

- Work alongside existing Product Managers and potentially provide oversight or mentorship

- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, engineering, and operations teams

Qualifications

Required Experience

- 10+ years of Product Management experience

- Proven experience managing complex digital platforms (B2B)

- Strong background in product strategy, execution, and delivery

- Experience working closely with engineering teams and technical architecture

- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and consensus building

- Experience presenting to and influencing Senior executives

- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making

Preferred background

- Experience in B2B, eCommerce, retail, or digital platforms

- Exposure to enterprise customer solutions

- Familiarity with Jira or similar product management tools

- Industry experience is flexible (finance, payments, startups, etc.), with a strong digital focus
