Job description
Lead hydropower initiatives as Portfolio Director at AtkinsRéalis. Spearhead market strategies and ensure successful project delivery across Ontario and beyond. AtkinsRéalis seeks an experienced Portfolio Director to oversee strategic development and execution in the hydropower domain. Reporting directly to the Vice President, you will drive engagement with key clients, enhance project quality, and contribute to overall market growth strategies. Responsibilities include managing bids and contracts while ensuring projects meet mandated goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop engaging strategies for key Ontario clients • Oversee ongoing project delivery and performance evaluations • Validate proposals and lead Go/No Go decisions • Manage claims, waivers, and project risks effectively • Address client complaints with prompt resolutions Requirements: • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in relevant fields • Involvement in large-scale infrastructure projects required • Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to maneuver in a team-focused environment Take on a crucial role at AtkinsRéalis, steering growth and excellence in hydropower project management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
