• 7 years of experience in the development of high-quality technical project documents.
• Demonstrated ability to capture complex technical input from architects and developers and translate it into clear structured and user-friendly documentation for a technical audience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.

Description:

The Technical Writer will create professional technical project documentation including the development of project documents incorporating business and technical information provided by subject matter experts.

Responsibilities:

• Translate complex technical requirements into clear structured and professionally written project documents
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather domain knowledge and technical content
• Synthesize SME input into comprehensive project documentation
• Ensure documentation accurately reflects business needs and evaluation criteria
• Drive accuracy completeness and quality of project documents
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of project documentation
• Contribute to advancing organizational digital transformation objectives

• Proficiency with standard documentation and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Office SharePoint)
• Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
