We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IBM Maximo Manage Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise implementation for the Corporate Real Estate Management Division. This role requires deep expertise in IBM Maximo configuration, work management, data migration, integrations, and implementation lifecycle support, with hands-on experience delivering multiple full-cycle Maximo implementations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, integration, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Position Overview
The Senior IBM Maximo Consultant will provide functional leadership and hands-on configuration expertise for an enterprise IBM Maximo Manage implementation supporting facilities and asset management operations. Responsibilities include configuring Maximo modules, supporting data migration, reviewing integrations, validating configurations, coordinating testing, and ensuring successful deployment through go-live and stabilization.
The consultant will work across business and technical teams to implement industry best practices while ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise asset management solutions.

• Configure and customize IBM Maximo Manage to support business requirements.
