Job description
Drive strategic financial success at OpenText as the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Focus on enhancing financial strategies across business units to drive growth. In this influential role, oversee the FP&A functions, collaborating with business unit leaders to align financial initiatives with OpenText's goals. You'll mentor finance teams and ensure that the company achieves excellence in planning, budgeting, and analysis. We seek a candidate with strong expertise in a tech-focused financial environment. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee financial planning and analysis across the business • Collaborate with executives to develop financial strategies • Lead the creation of multi-year financial forecasts • Mentor and develop teams of financial professionals • Drive initiatives in performance and capital optimization Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred • Minimum of 12 years in FP&A and 5 years in leadership • Strong expertise in strategic financial planning • Proven success in developing talented finance teams • Exceptional analytical and executive communication skills Contribute to OpenText's success by bringing your strategic acumen and financial planning expertise to the forefront. #J-18808-Ljbffr
