Job description
Shape the future of HR at APPLY as the People and Culture Director. Elevate employee experiences with strategic, AI-enhanced HR solutions in a hybrid/remote environment. As a key member of the leadership team, you will manage a diverse HR team to ensure exceptional employee experiences across the company. Work closely with the Chief People Officer to implement People strategies and drive change management initiatives. Your leadership will be pivotal in aligning culture with innovative HR practices. Key Responsibilities: • Mentor a team of HR professionals to enhance performance • Provide BP support for senior leadership issues • Maintain legal compliance in various regions • Oversee operational aspects of HR technology systems • Facilitate engagement and talent development programs Requirements: • 8–10 years in HR management, with global team oversight • Familiarity with employment laws in NA and EMEA • Experience with AI in HR process enhancements • Strong modern HRIS skills, especially HiBob • Proven capability in driving HR transformation initiatives Drive APPLY's commitment to employee satisfaction and operational excellence in an innovative environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
