Role Description
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Admin / Upgrade Specialist with strong expertise in PeopleSoft HRMS upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with PeopleTools PeopleSoft upgrades Oracle databases system administration and infrastructure support.
Essential Skills
Recent hands-on experience with PeopleTools and PeopleSoft HRMS upgrades
Experience setting up configuring and maintaining PeopleSoft application environments and Oracle databases in accordance with industry best practices
Strong experience with PeopleSoft migration activities
High-level Oracle Database Administration experience
Experience configuring and supporting operating systems for PeopleSoft Oracle databases
Experience resolving application-related vulnerability findings
Ability to assist application teams with infrastructure requirements
Responsibilities
Perform PeopleSoft HRMS application and PeopleTools upgrades
Apply maintenance packs patches and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) updates
Manage and maintain PeopleSoft environments across development testing and production
Support migration activities between environments
Administer and support Oracle databases associated with PeopleSoft applications
Configure and maintain PeopleSoft infrastructure and operating system environments
Troubleshoot and resolve application database and infrastructure issues
Address security vulnerabilities and support compliance requirements
Coordinate and support OS and database patching activities
Provide infrastructure support and guidance to application teams
Ensure system stability performance and adherence to best practices
